The Audi child seat pad is designed to match the design of the Audi child seats and the interior of the vehicle. This provides better protection for the vehicle seats against dirt. Any marks left by child seats are reduced, even when children are transported rear-facing. The use of the child seat pad is expressly only recommended if the baby seat or child seats are connected to the vehicle via the ISOFIX connection.
